Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC
By requesting, authorizing, or allowing service work to be performed by Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC ("Company"), the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Pre-Existing Surface Condition Disclaimer
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC provides detailing, restoration, cleaning, and maintenance services for RVs, campers, trailers, and related vehicles. Due to the nature and age of many RV surfaces, the Company cannot guarantee results on surfaces that are already deteriorated or compromised.
The Company shall not be held responsible for damage, worsening of conditions, or cosmetic inconsistencies related to pre-existing issues including but not limited to:
Deteriorated or oxidized gel coat
Deteriorated or failing clear coat
Damaged or thin paint
Fiberglass degradation
Aluminum oxidation or corrosion
Cracked, faded, peeling, brittle, or damaged decals
Loose trim, seals, or adhesives
Prior improper repairs or coatings
Technicians reserve the right to refuse, stop, or modify any service if in their professional judgment the service may cause additional damage due to the condition of the surface or material.
The customer acknowledges that restoration or cleaning processes may reveal hidden defects that were previously concealed by oxidation, dirt, or wear.
2. Customer Requested Service Against Professional Recommendation (Liability Waiver)
If a technician recommends against performing a specific service due to the risk of damage, surface condition, structural issues, or material deterioration, and the customer still requests that the service be performed, the customer must acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the outcome.
By requesting the service anyway, the customer agrees that:
The service is being performed against the recommendation of the technician
The Company cannot guarantee results
The customer assumes all risk of damage or unsatisfactory results
The Company shall not be liable for any resulting damage, cosmetic changes, or material failure
The customer releases and holds harmless Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from performing the service against professional recommendation.
3. Service Authorization
By scheduling service, signing an estimate, invoice, or work authorization, the customer confirms that:
They are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorization to approve services.
They approve the scope of work and estimated cost.
Additional services required to complete the job properly may be recommended and must be approved before being performed.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if:
Additional labor is required
Hidden damage is discovered
Surfaces require more extensive restoration
Contamination or buildup exceeds normal service expectations
Customers will be notified before any significant changes to pricing.
5. Deposits and Payments
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC may require deposits for certain services, scheduling blocks, or specialty materials.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full where permitted by law.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, electronic payment, or other methods approved by the Company.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition
Remove personal belongings before service
Ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service
Inform technicians of any known damage, weak surfaces, or prior repairs
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Damage caused by material failure due to age or deterioration
Cosmetic imperfections that cannot be corrected through detailing or restoration
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service performed.
8. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:
Unsafe conditions
Severe surface deterioration
Customer misconduct
Mechanical or structural issues outside the scope of service
Any condition that may cause damage or liability
9. Weather and Environmental Conditions
For mobile services, work may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
Rain
High winds
Extreme temperatures
Unsafe environmental conditions
The Company will coordinate with the customer to reschedule when necessary.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving service from Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
