Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC
Pricing Policy
At Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC, we strive to provide fair, transparent, and accurate pricing for all services. The following pricing policy explains how our service pricing is determined and applied.
1. Website Pricing
All pricing displayed on the Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC website, including pricing shown during the online appointment booking process, is based on RVs and campers that are in average to moderately dirty condition at the time services are performed.
These prices are intended to reflect the typical level of cleaning, detailing, or service required for a recreational vehicle that has received normal use.
2. Estimate Pricing
Any written or electronic estimate provided by Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC is also based on the assumption that the unit is in average to moderately dirty condition, unless otherwise specifically noted in the estimate.
3. Excessive Dirt, Neglect, or Special Conditions
If a unit is determined upon inspection to be excessively dirty, heavily soiled, neglected, or requires additional labor beyond normal service conditions, the final service price may be adjusted accordingly.
Examples may include but are not limited to:
In such cases, customers will be notified before additional charges are applied whenever possible.
4. Final Pricing Determination
Final pricing is determined after visual inspection of the RV or camper at the time of service. Adjustments may be required to ensure sufficient time, materials, and labor are allocated to complete the service to our quality standards.
Newer and/or well maintained units that require less labor or supplies than would typically have been considered as necessary during the estimate and booking process may result in a pricing adjustment that results in a decrease of the final invoice price upon completion of the service.
5. Customer Approval for Additional Charges
When additional work beyond the original scope is required, Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify and obtain approval from the customer before proceeding with services that increase the original quoted price.
6. Commitment to Transparency
Our goal is to maintain honest and transparent pricing while ensuring every RV and camper receives the level of care necessary to produce high-quality results.
If you have any questions about pricing or the condition of your unit prior to booking, we encourage you to contact us so we can provide guidance or a customized estimate.

RV and Camper Roof Condition Disclaimer
For the safety of our technicians and the protection of customer property, the following roof condition policy applies to all services that require technicians to access or work on the roof of an RV or camper.
1. Roof Structural Condition Requirement
All RV and camper roofs must be structurally sound, stable, and free of significant defects before any roof-related service can be performed. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, inspection, sealing, treatment, or any service requiring technician access to the roof surface.
2. Customer Responsibility for Roof Condition
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the roof of the RV or camper is safe to walk on and capable of supporting technician weight without risk of damage or collapse. Roofs that show signs of structural weakness, rot, severe soft spots, separation, major leaks, or other defects may not be safe for service.
3. Technician Safety Determination
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC technicians reserve the sole right to determine whether a roof is safe to access. If a roof is believed to present a safety hazard or potential liability risk, technicians may refuse to perform roof-related services.
4. Refusal of Service
If the roof is determined to be unsafe, structurally compromised, excessively damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for technician access, roof services may be declined or limited at the technician’s discretion. This decision is made to protect both the customer’s property and the safety of our staff.
5. Limitation of Liability
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing roof damage, structural defects, hidden weaknesses, or damage resulting from unsafe roof conditions that existed prior to service.
Our priority is to ensure safe working conditions while protecting the integrity of our customers' RVs and campers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding roof safety requirements.
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC
Exterior Surface Condition Disclaimer
To protect both our customers' property and our technicians, the following policy applies to RVs and campers with deteriorated or damaged exterior surfaces.
1. Pre-Existing Exterior Surface Conditions
Units that have deteriorated, oxidized, or damaged gel coat, clear coat, paint, fiberglass, aluminum surfaces, awnings and slide toppers may present an increased risk of further cosmetic damage during normal cleaning, washing, polishing, or detailing processes. This includes surfaces that are chalking, heavily oxidized, faded, thin, UV damaged, dry rotted or otherwise compromised.
2. Decals and Graphics
RV and camper decals, striping, and graphics that are cracked, brittle, peeling, faded, or otherwise deteriorated may loosen, lift, or detach during routine washing or exterior cleaning services. These conditions are typically the result of age, weather exposure, or previous wear.
3. Limitation of Responsibility for Pre-Existing Conditions
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC is not responsible for damage related to pre-existing deterioration or defects in exterior surfaces or decals. Normal service procedures may reveal or accelerate failure in materials that are already weakened or compromised.
4. Technician Inspection and Discretion
Our technicians will visually inspect the exterior condition of the unit prior to beginning service. If surfaces or decals appear excessively deteriorated, fragile, or at risk of damage, technicians may notify the customer and discuss possible limitations to the service.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Happy Trails RV and Camper Services LLC technicians reserve the right to refuse or modify services if the condition of the gel coat, clear coat, paint, fiberglass, aluminum, or decals presents a risk of damage, safety concerns, or liability.
This policy helps ensure that services are performed responsibly while protecting both the customer's property and our technicians from avoidable damage or risk.
